redcat after shock good or bad ???

hi guys just wondering on your opinions on this model the redcat aftershock ?? i have seen it posted all over the net for the most the word is good what are your opinions thanks ,,

That's the truck I was thinking of in another thread, forgot what thread it was though.

Anywho, I think the truck is great myself; it looks like a solid truck. The only thing I would be weary of is the stock electronics and parts support but other than that, it should be rock solid.

thanks ray yes the after support was my main concern . though as you say they do look a pretty solid truck seems redcat is stepping up to the mark not before time though . not sure what electronics they run , ?? but i guess for the price they could easy be replaced .. thanks for your input bro ..

Go on Youtube and search Redcat Aftershock, there is this video from Redcat and they tell you everything about the truck. I tried to find it for yah but for some reason; the past 2 days I can't seem to search on Youtube :confused: ...

thanks for that ray explains a lot i see they use the ezrun system i have used these many times very reliable also have a few exrun the sensor based systems .. first of to be honest i think the body is ugly just dont look scale at all . and the wheels and tiers would need to be changed they look like something of my grandmas shopping trolly .lol... but apart from that pretty good at least you get a alloy chassie and alloy ajustable shocks . overall pretty good . not sure about duell lipo on a short course truck i think one is enough a 3,s lipo should have more than enough power .. i know it does in my slash .. . thanks ray ..

I have to agree too, the body and wheels are stupid ugly lol. I like the fact that the truck is 1/8... the thing is huge!

But you can run duel 3 cells for a higher Mah, and get more run time if 3 cell is enough power for you.

I think it looks like a nice truck for a great deal.

yes thats very true and a great benafitt , to be honest i didnt take much notice of how the batteries were located i presume its much like the savage and erevo with twin batt doors not sure , , but hey it is a good truck iam not knocking it . just was wondering what you guys thought about it as they say research is everything .. thanks for yout input ..
