Here, you can provide and read posts by other members on how to make your Mini-Z faster, more agile, or otherwise better performing. My personal reccomendations:
NiMh batteries- Increase your run time and overall speed, as they don't fade nearly as quickly as Alkalines or NiCd's.
X-Speed motor- Nice motor, although I'm still tweaking mine for the best speed possible.
Low CG body- The Viper GTS-R has a very low CG, and doesn't like to roll as much as bodies like the Altezza.
New H-Bar- The H-Bar, the little thing that holds the motor pod to the rest of the car, likes to break after some strenuous use. Keep the stock one until it breaks, and then look at how you use the Z. If you drive on rough surfaces, get a soft carbon fiber or graphite bar. If you, like me, drive mostly indoors on a smooth hallway, I reccomend something stiff, like a steel or thick carbon fiber/graphite bar. It will help keep the wheels on the ground all of the time, but only use a hard bar if you are on REALLY smooth surfaces, otherwise the car will pogo and chatter.
