Rock Crawling Rustler?!

Would it be possible to make a rock crawling rustler?
I mea it wouldn't have as much ground clearence as a pede,E-maxx or so but i think that it would be fun what do you think?

Imo, I wouldn't do that. You would be better off getting a PEDE/E-maxx because the rustler isn't made for rock crawling;)

yeah i know that the rustler isn't made for rock crawling but I was thinking how cool it would be to have one cause I am inteading to get a pede in about a years time anyway and modify that into a rockcrawler. But it was just an idea

Jack it up as far as you can with the shocks put some big I mean big tires on like ones made for the pede as big as you can go that will give you some clearence but it might not be enough

took my rustler up a big pile ( 6.5 FT tall) of gravel, went up just fine it was so awesome just I was stuck with a clean up.

Those shocks are 6.9" long...the stock Traxxas shocks are more like 3".

well they would be a great fit but they would be compressed a lot and verry stiff, after a certain point the suspension arms maxx out and it cannt go any higher

Try putting rear arms on the front like in ult pede phase 2. Then maybe some maxx tires.

get some super long arms put those savage shocks on and put clod buster whells on ther bigger

Yea you can buy a block of plastic and dremel out your own arms, or get a shop to CNC them.
