Cool, but i was expection FLAMING HOT ACID EXPLODING AND THEN SOMETHING CATCHES ON FIRE!!! cool tho.
How did you make it blow up?? Overheating it?
-Greg
actually i have no idea how it did that. it still works for some odd reason.
That battery didn't blow up. It over heated causing the shrink-wrap/label to smoke and burn a little. The battery itself didn't blow up. The video shows a good reason to make sure that everything is alright and nothing is shorting(though sometimes, that even doesnt work). I know from experience that blowing up batteries makes a pretty big mess. I did it in an old tyco car and it eventually melted out the whole bottom. By the way, those tires weren't spinning really fast, what motor do you have in there? Gearing?

Haha, that's not blowing up. Blowing up is what LarryMacG's receiver pack did today. The battery box on his MST-1 started smoking(we didn't notice it), then there was a pop, then a pause, and another, much louder pop. At least two of the cells exploded.

That battery didn't have shrink wrap. And nothing was shorting. Those tires were spinning fast, but they are hard as rocks and don't balloon very well. I haven't read this post in a while so i haven't replied obviously. But before you ASSUME anything make sure you know the facts. :d
I have blown a battery connector in my XXX before. No joke, it was like a down to scale mushroom cloud. My frist run, on that car.
No offence but i think your truck looks (deleted)
Edit: post made in bad taste. If you can't say something constructive, keep your comments to yourself.
it just looks a little to "home made" for my taste.
