I'm building my mgt for rock crawling. so far its working well: jumbo kong tires with some inner foam shaved off. front and rear diffs locked and an ofna 12 tooth clutch bell(ofna part#10398).
But i still need some lower gearing. here is my question- does anybody know the pitch of the stock gears? the t-maxx 32 pitch is smaller than the ofna/mgt. I need a spur gear larger than 52 teeth. I can get the robinson racing dual disk kit or ofna strobe slipper which will allow me to fabricate a way to adapt a larger gear to the slipper. but without knowing the pitch i cant look for a suitable gear. Bye the way, has anyone bumped a rock-hit the gas-and shot their truck into orbit yet? Thats fun
