Ok i have this radio shack boat and i am wanting to put a 540 size motor in it. I want to make it a direct drive system. How could I do this? What is a good cheap marine esc like one thats made for boats or waterproof or something.

Just connect the the pinion gear the a spur gear on the propeler shaft and a custom mtor mount. I don't know about any marine esc's off the top of my mind.

Ok I have decided not to put a 540 size motor in there. Now it's my mini-t motor, but i need a 32 pitch pinion gear. DOes anybody know where I could get one? Or how can I do a direct drive with that?? What can I use to attach both ends?
