Looking for a micro

I've been wanting a heli for a while but have been put off by the price of the glow powered heli's. So I have been looking at some of the smaller ones because of their cheapness.

I have been looking at this one in paticular, the $369USD pack. Is this any good, as you can see from the page I can get spare parts easily.

Also I have heard that they get blown about a bit in the wind, would this be to much of a problem to fly them outside at all? Would it be fine during light wind?

this one is large enough to fly outside in the wind.
