stripped gears

Hi
Need help newby.
While breaking in the engine the first gear has been striped and does not make contact with the engine.I'm not sure why this happened, Is there something I missed when putting it together?This is the first rc Ive put together.

Does anyone know where i can get spare gears parts in australia. Got my giga while on holiday in japan. is the gearing compatable with any ofthe older trucks it might be easier to get here.

the first and second gers are from the mp 7.5 2 speed conversion and are also the same as the madforce first 2 if you cant find them and are willing to send money ill get you set for my lhs and ship them to you but yoll have to caver the shipping also i think they are 8.99

To avoid the engine to move sidewards, you MUST put some RED LOCTITE on
all the engine mounting screws.
VERY IMPORTANT: the 2 clutch bells must be synchronised with the 3 gearbox
sprockets. If not done, all sprockets will desintegrated very quickly.

I did mount already 2 GIGAS: 1 for the shop & then i bought one in pieces.
Do not forget to disassemble the diffs and put 2 extra planetary bits in each
diffs. The parts comes from MP777 and are absolutely necessary!!!

The brake need to be replaced: or by putting 2 metal plates with wearing stuf
or by putting a wide disc brake coming from KYOSHO MP 6 or +.

In some future contact, i will post pictures and informations about
CUSTOMIZED GIGA with external roll bar and internal cooling system.

do you have the part #'s for the extra diff gears? I've already got my truck together, but haven't completed breaking in both motors. Sounds like I should do this diff rebuild before getting too far down the road.

Also, what's up with the "internal cooling system"?
