im still running stock but you can use the the aftermarket madforce mount . but youll need to do some fitting. and grinding to mke it fit but it could be done i was thinking duel 4 strok 40 would be cool with all the torq.ic ould definatly be done but there isnt anyone her but me and marksp that own the giga so you wont get much help here and have you broken anyparts yet and what did you break

her you go your going to need part #BS107 and IF102 that is the bevel gear set and the bevel shafts youll need bolth. then the most important part in my opinion is that you get some flush mount 3 by 15mm long machine screws and replace the screws the hold the ring gear on the diff case.Kyosho tends to cut corners and this is one spot they used tinny screws that are rought threaded and dont bite hard enought and with 2 engines running on that diff or those can really loosen those screws up over time but wwith the screws that will stop that from happing
once you get the diff apart its easy just dont loose and spacers on the diff outdrives or youll frie the diff. i found it was easier to take the spacers out and put them right were they came from so they dont get lost.Deffinatly pay close attention when opening the diff
Ialso used silicone in the diff just fill and close. And the weight choice is yours to chose i used 30000 weight and it worked great for me also in the buid up the throtle linkage gets a bit funny . at the end of the rod that moves the carbs open and close you need to put one of the throtle mounts on the oppise way off the other it works out better. the instructions show the bolth the same way but it tended to bind on me and stick with the trotle open luckly i have a fail safe and it kicked right in
There it is if you need anything else e mail me at Gigacrush7@wmconnect.com
just be patient and do the diffs before you assemble the truck trust me i know from experiance its not fun taking a truck back apart after 12 hours of building it expecialy the way this truck is built youll be total happy with the stock motors it wont get stuck and with the way the 3 speed is geared even if you put sh28 on it .It wont go anyfast and there is no way to regear it yet to get higher speeeeeeeeeds.

almost forgot youll need 3 bearing for the tranny follow the instruction and take it apart pop the bushings out and go to the lhs and get bearing you wont belive how smooth the tranny spins and it will also make it easier to get the motors alligned right when its time

well it really dont make to much of a difference unless you go by maxxium rpms. with the way the truck is geared it wont go fast unless you find a way to regear it. i bought the truck on the intent of it being a powerhouse and im happy with the outcome so far with over a half gallon in it. if i was to replace the motors i would go with 2 40 4 strokes mainly for torq. but if your looking for speed you could try a set of OS21 rgx im not sure if it would increase top speed but for sure it would get to speed quiker but i would suggest what ever motor you use make sure the maxx rpm is higher than stock and it would increas the speed a little
then you also going to haveto grind and drill the top plate to make the motors fit . there really is no way to just bolt on new motors as of now but thereare some hopups comming soon that are in japan now so maybe kyosho will realeas a motor mount set but till then im going to wait. expecialy for what the truck costs new im not about to just start gring and cutting

ok how about a set of ofna 26 or os rgx 21 are excelent motor and for about 250 for the pair thats a good price as for mounting them its all about how good you are at making somthing fit i did it with my madforce before you could even change the engine i swaped the gs for a ofna 25 and was verry happy but i did loose some top end

Hi,

Im thinking to put two Team Infinity Samurai 528 engines to my Giga Crusher. Those are .28 engines.

I have two pairs Hobaos engine mounts. Those are adjustmentable(im not sure if thats the right word).

I noticed that you have to throw those original motorplates away! Because you cant work those. (or you can, put I tell you, its a hell)

When I first time tried to put new engine to my car I noticed that you must put somenthing under the motorplates(alot) because motor is not high enough. And I dont know what to put under it.

I tell more about my project when its move ahead.

(And sorry my bad english, here in Finland, we dont speak English every day.)

well i have noticed the same problem with the motors they sit really high. i think if you used the motor plates and drilled them to fit the kyosho madforce mounts it might work. but youll have to probly enlarge the holes on the motor block to pull the motors closer to the gears.im sure kyosho will end up comming out with mounts that will let you replace the motors. with you being in finland youll get a chance to buy them before we do in the US. also how are the motors that came stock holding up and did you have to adjust your slipper cluch spring on yours to get wheelies. are you even getting wheelies.or you could try a place called newerra models they sell a set of mount for a madforce that might work
