well forget those parts for my e-maxx, looks like i will have to raid my bank account again, i drove one of them way back when, and when i went to look for it, nobody had it they all said it was a discontinued model and that the stampede was its replacement, no way they are nothing alike, ahhh decisions decisions

O No...... well its a true originater of the monster trucks. Ive driven one and its like a high cg log  If it has the stock motor it will work and handle just fine but ANY power upgrade and the things tips easily. Also jumping sucks unless you remove two of the four rear shocks but hey itll jump well then ;)
If you have the cash to burn... send it to me.... (I can wish cannt I 0] ) or get it if you want a collectors item but not if your looking for serious jumping, handleing, or speed...... why do you think the pede came out in the first place ;) Lighter, faster, and more cat like.
...more cat like.
:rollin:

The sledge was ok for it's time but I'd take a pede over it any day of the week. The pede is so much more stable and doesn't tip like the top heavy sledge does. Give the pede some power and it's quite entertaining. I put a kyosho mega 360 truck motor on my sons pede and it's very nice. Wheelies, rooster tails in the dirt, doughnuts on the road is what it'll do with a 7 cell sanyo pack and a novak 610-hrv esc. My oldest has a sledge with a speedworks 16t single and it still isn't as fast as the pede. Turn too fast and it'll topple like a house of cards in a stiff wind.

How does the Emaxx or the Tmaxx handle compared to the three of them?
To which 3? Better than the Sledge, but you have to remember its 4WD vs. 2WD, so its really not very accurate.

Check ebay. But I must warn you I was in the search for one a while back...they were all like $300 used. It was a very expensive car. I would also like a TCP. Traxxas' racing buggy:evil: .

AMAZING HOW TOWER HOBBIES DOESN'T SELL THEM. THEY ONLY SELL THE BODY AND INSTRUCTION MANUAL. NO SLEDGEHAMMER.
That's because they were discontinued. Did you notice how old this thread is? It was already discontinued by Traxxas when the thread was started. The original point was that Tower was still selling RTRs after they had been discontinued.
