well, its been 2 weeks since he "shipped" my parts and buggy and supposivley it went 2-3 day air he will not anwaser any of my calls, IM's, emails....nuthin yet i had a buddy of mine IM him(ad2) and he replied to my friend heres EXACTLY what i was supposed to get:
OS18TM
THS revo pipe
proline bowties
Kyosho inferno 7.5
Kyosho Formula onroad
and i traded him my RC10GT, all my stadium tires, xxx-nt, T3 roller chassis, xxx-4 chassis parts, mega peak charger...and bunch of other misceallanus parts..is there anything at all i can do to get my stuff back? someone please help i am totaly lost on what to do heres his address

i know, i just dont get people like that... but its cool, we got his site shut down, and i found out there are a few other people he scammed which are the same age as me...i spoke with another victim last night and his mother, if the merchandise is not returned promtley charges will be pressed against this guy

Did you ship threw usps? They have a fraud dept which may be able to help you. I've seen some people have had luck going the local pd route and this may be the way you should go as you are a minor.
Sorry to see it happen and good luck in getting it resolved.

i shipped thru ups....sadly i can not get anything of mine back o well....ill have to take this as a lesson learned i found out this guy is runnin a major scammer operation and has 3 phone lines. i also found out that he is not crippled. he was using that as his excuse to feel sorry for him so ppl watch out for him!!!!! make sure you DO NOT shipp anything to him!

omg i kno....jang obviously this has helped a few people not get scammed...perhaps make it a stickey so everyone is aware? o and btw he tried feeding me crap about him being crippled too..i felt bad for him so i gave him a good deal...heh i was wrong another kid who had also gotten ripped from this guy contacted the FBI and found out that dean is in fact not crippled, he has no record of any serious accidents, we also got his site shut down by the way where did you hear about him? did he PM you? randomly email you? what happened? thanks guys
