Useing 2 Gas Tanks?????

i am seein people now using 2 gas tanks on the mgt with 1 motor what does this do and how do you do it?????

Well to make mine work I shaved down the front and rear edges of the tank and turned the roll bar mount so that it is at a perfect perpendicular to the sides. I then put in the tank and marked the mounting circles. I then used a drill to make the holes in the chassis and mounted the tank. I then ran unplugged the fuel line from the outlet of the first tank and plugged it into the outlet of the second tank, then I placed a piece of tubing from the outlet of the first tank to the lid inlet on the second. this is called running in series.

you can also run in parallel. this is accomplished by plugging in lines into exhaust and carb and then making a T connection to connect the two tanks together. The only drawback I have seen to running in parrallel is if the tanks are not equal on fuel it can cause the fuel to bubble in the line.
