Dual Tank set up

Hey everyone. I just got my MGT about two months ago. I have a LST2 and the runtime is longer than the MGT. So I added a second tank. The tank is from a Losi Muggy. I get about 20-25 minutes runtime.

Nice! But How Big Of Engine Do You Have Because Mine Lasts 30-45 Minutes On Two Tanks of Gas Going Nearly Full Speed Most Of The Time With .21 Engine.

That is cool! I think I will do that to my mgt too, but it will cause me more nitro gas and money lol.

Thanks for the compliments everyone. You can pick up the Muggy tank on ebay pretty cheap or they are $15.00 new at a hobby shop with mounts. You can use one of the holes already in the plastic side guard then drill the back hole for the mounting post. It's super easy to hook up. Fuel does go pretty quick but runtimes are longer.
My brother has one and we did the second tank the first week we had them. I have a Losi LST2 and runtimes with that are about 25 minutes so I had to get the same out of this truck. The Muggy tank looks right home too.

i put the original MGT on the other side ( the same). IN LINE. NOT PARALLEL.

great idea . no problem of leaning (motor) or balance od the truck.

There really isn't enough room to put the MGT tank on theat side because the roll handle is there. The muggy tank in a little slimmer and cut out on the opposite corner of the MGT tank so it works perfect. You gotta do it. 20-25 minutes run time.
