Clear Tranny Case

Just wondering if you can machine a clear plastic tranny case. Would be able to see everything in it to see if there are any problems instead of pulling the whole thing apart.

Theres a guy in Toms River its a dirt bike shop he makes side covers out of like 5 inch soild plexiglass using a mill and other machining tools for dirt bikes so you can inspect your clutch without removing the side cover. Im sure you can do the same on a MGT tranny. Just finding someone to do it is the key.

You could cut out a cross section and leave a lip around the area you cut out.Then take some flexable lexan and glue it inplace.Kind of like a port hole.

thatd be cool if someone made one... the best I could do would be one made out of 2x4;s and plastic from a ziploc... lol
