WTT Nitro RS4 3 Artr

I have a HPI Nitro RS4 3 RTR that is artr. It needs 27mhz crystals, antenna tube, and a servo saver, and batt pack to be rtr. I bought it off a friend and ran it to find out on road is not for me.
The car has a Salene Mustang body the stock .15fe engine and everything is stock the engine is pull or bump start. I don't know much about the car like how much fuel has been through it.

Ok for waht I am looking for

1. Mamba Max system Don't care which one as long as it is the motor, controler, and usb cable.

2. A set of Proline Power Stroke Shocks (all 8 of them) with a set of eithe 23mm hub adapters or 23 mm rims (going on a mgt)
