MGT 3.0 custom rollcage!!!

Took me a while to build this but its finally done!!!!, i built it out of 3/16 solid steel and welded everything together, I had it mostly done for about 4 days because i was waiting for my new proline 1980 chevy pickup body for my truck so that i could finish it off, :cool:, since theres not really an aftermarket for this truck yet i thought I'd give it a shot and i think it turned out pretty sweeeeeeet, i just have to paint and i think I'm gonna add some thn sheet metal and add some airbrush graphics to it!!!

in front of the radio box and just behind the exhaust pipe!!, i'm actually startin up a website that i'm gonna sell them on, i'm gonna prebuild like 10 of them and then if people want a custom cage built i can build them or just modify the ones i prebuilt!!!!

Sounds like your gonna have yourself SET! lol
And I bet if you simply adapted the mounting positions for the different chassis of different trucks, you could expand your market.

they are existing holes, the holes are used to mount the hangers for the a-arm pins.

it should go over the shock mount and over the engine head to protect those aera , as it is it protect the plastic handle ;)
i had a crash where my engine got ripped off the truck and not a scratch on the body , the engine head head a metallic fence i wish i had something over it .

Dude!!! that's awesome!!! I just broke the plastic roll cage in my MMGT so it looks like I need to invest in one of those. Nice job!!!
