So I'm a little dissapointed with the tech department at associated. They didn't want to offer any help at all on this one. Anyways on to my problem.
When compressing the front suspension the drive bones click at the diff and seems to be binding the front suspension. Anybody had this problem.

The tech guys at Associated simply don't want to be bothered with day-to-day issues such as you're having. I can't say I blame them one little bit. If you had a new truck and the transmission just blew up, then I'm sure they would help you out.

If something is binding the suspension, you simply go through a process of elimination until you deduce the problem. Start by removing the shocks. Work the arms up and down.....still binding? If so, then you know it's something else. Try loosening the pillow ball retainers, get them real loose..........still binding? If so, then it's probably the a-arm mounts, which are crappy and prone to bending, thus causing binding.

You say the dogbones are binding or catching in the outdrive cups? This sounds strange and perhaps you just have the pillow ball shafts too deep into the a-arms, or perhaps they are just worn out.

Did you go through the process of elimination? What did you find?

The truck may be new, but if you've hit something (which we all do, lol), then you could've buggered something up already.........................

When I take the set screw out for the drive bones it goes away. I don't see where you can adjust them.
