no brakes?

never had brakes from day one,tried ajusting them,still no good any ideas anybody thanks.

Move brake lever with your finger. Do the brake grab? If so, then you know it's a weak servo or linkage problem.

If you apply brakes with your finger and nothing happens, then look at the brake disc and pads. Something will be hanging up in that area.

If you had it apart already, there's a chance it could be missing the small plunger (looks like a short soda can). Or perhaps the factory left it out, part of #25047 below....
