Taking the chance to be called a dummy, I am going to ask this.
so could I put the velineon 3500 motors on the E-revo and if'n i did could i get it to be as fast as a Rusty with lipos? Basically what I am asking is could I make it into a 4wd Rusty?

You could put the Velineon system in the E-Revo, as it comes "brushless ready", as Traxxas would put it.
Depending on the gearing, the E-Revo could reach 50mph or at least close to it, but I don't think it'll go much faster than that. 4wd systems tend to go slower than their 2wd counterparts. However, the 4wd affords you the ability to go where the Rustler won't. If anything, I'd think the Revo would handle better than the Rustler, given that the Revo/E Revo is wider, has 4wd, and a lower CG.
