come on don't tell me you all forgot
I don't believe anyone "forgot" about the baja... its just that there really doesn't seem to be many 1/5 scalers around here. Sure would be nice to meet a few more, I know of 2 so far!

I meant forgot about the thread ,I think the review is cool but I definetely do not have the money for a baja
yeah, baja is too expensive, and anyway, gas is gay, go electric baja!!! 10s and a washing machine motor! 250nm of torque!!! thats more than some cars!!!

Fine Design RC sells a BL baja... for $2500
Going electric is kind of pointless, the main reason a lot of people like the Baja is because its gas and go, $4 for a gallon and no waiting time for charging.
its still a 2-stroke you need to mix oil and fuel, don't you?
yeah you mix it at a ratio of 25:1.
electric 1/5 scale vehicles are awesome... insane amount of torque, you couldn't imagine it without seeing it.
yeah, talk about the torque they have... it insane... and ive heard the finedesign.com one is crap, not well thought out or anything, and doesnt run very well at the best of times...

That's typical of Fine Design "conversions"...
There was a vid floating around of a self completed conversion. He used a big brushless, but then again... being where he claimed he worked, had access to all of the electronics to make it happen.
