I want to put these on my slash raptor. Will they fit and what modifications do I need to make. Bought a 16t pinion gear. Any suggestions on raising body?

You can get different body mounts to raise it, and you will need to trim the body so they dont rub.

+1. Worth consider using the same tyres all round, e.g. all rears, so you can rotate for usage. See this thread for more info http://www.ultimaterc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=92763

I bought 4 rear 2.8 trenchers for my 2wd slash and it wouldn't work. Using the rear wheels in front when turned the tire would rub the arms. When compressed like landing the rear tires would hit the chassis. I also bought some front trenchers and they work all around the 2wd slash with out any issues. So i have ordered some new front rims to stick on the rears ones i have.

gnrkenny... which front and rear posts would you recommend to use to raise the body. I am trying not to trim body as the Raptor body is reason I bought this vehicle????? Thanks

I would guess at something like these ProLine Extended Front and Rear Body Mounts - Slash 2WD which you should be able to pick up pretty easily.

Thanks tachikoma, been looking for something for mine. Already cut up fenders and moved shocks all the way in but still rubs.
