Nope, post away! The motor is a KD36 9XL motor, 2700kv. Hmm I couldn't find a Kershaw Designs clamp, sorry, their site is http://www.kershawdesigns.com/ . I wonder when my ESC will come in, it shipped on the 27th of October, so it's been 12 days.

If you got it from Hobby King, my $13 order took like 36 days to get here. lol

Awesome, gotta love gladiators. Conversioan looks really clean, good job, sucks that your order took so long! Mine took 6 days, including a weekend. Although I did get the most expensive option, w/e.

I didnt need much, and the biggest item was the heatsink, so I went the cheap route

I cant take much credit for the conversion. RazorRacer did most it. I eliminated the radio tray, creating the need for the servo standoffs, installed a WK spur gear on there because it was almost a direct fit, and did the longer shocks for more travel.

I know Mod 1 gears are stronger, but I have a million 48p pinions laying around and only one Mod 1 that came with the truck, so I swapped it over to 48p to save money basically.

QUESTION: Is it possible to get rid of the OWB in my Savage transmission, then get rid of the 2nd and 3rd gears? Electronic braking and reverse are more important than 3 speeds.

if you lock the tranny into first its gona be very slow.

you can lock it into second gear though, forgot how i did it along time ago though.
