I have a B44 and Lazer ZX-5

For racing, B44. For fun Lazer ZX-5 with lots of upgrades option parts available.

Here's a short clip of my b44 with half charged lipo.

however, being a owner of two 1/10 buggies, a Traxxas E-Revo Brushless MT, 1/16 RC18T, 1/16 Kyosho inferno Buggy and many other R/C stuff like the MiniZ etc etc..... if I were to start with R/C I would go for a 1/8 buggy - of course electric. Much more durable, easier to work with and parts are readily available and cheaper among vehicles (i.e. trucks) of it's size /class.

Well I got one, a HPI Cyber 10B. It is a kit, easy to build, relativaly cheap, lots of adjustablity. Neat motor mount as well.

Just got mine up and running depending on weather, going to bash it this weekend.

Let us know how it goes. I like how the battery is mounted sideways, everything seems to be overall fairly symmetrically laid out.

@carrotcake, that vid that you posted of your B44 was fast, man, good job.

If you are just going to bash it, forget the 4wd and get a Bandit. You arent going to find another buggy out there that you can beat so hard. You also can get a brushed or a non-brushed. None of the 4wd buggies, which are really meant for racing, will be able to take a lot of punishment like the Bandit. Not having 4wd is not a huge deal anyway. In addition, there are tons of parts available.

i got the cyber orinigally to race it a the local track, but the vehicle is actually quite durable so far, need to bash it more tho.

Going to get the slipper clutch for it. Oh ya i got a Rustler and a Slash, don't really need a bandit.
