Here is a quick picture, as I said it hasn't changed much, the wheels and tires are the cheap ones I bought on amazon. They are 2.8s a little wider than short-course tires, and a little taller. $20 for a set of 4.

A couple small things have changed, I switched from Losi blue springs to traxxas blue springs, and switched the spring retainer and spring cup so the springs for the traxxas ultra shocks could fit. I was going to buy gtrs but I don't use the slash much anymore so I figured I'd just keep the bigbores

hmm could not find $20 for a set of 4. Sure it wasn't for a set of two?

These look sweet for $20 for a set of 4.

I'll find the link, I normally use the amazon app.

Here is the link

The compound feels sticky enough but the tire is firm so it will last a good while, good cheap basher tires, that's all they are. I have bought 2 sets, I had one tire rip doing a speed run on 6s in my slash. So that's why I bought the second set.

Cool! Thanks I might give these a try. How are they holding up? lots of reviews say they are very brittle.

I have cartwheeled and hit curbs and lots of jumps with them and the only issue I had was on the speed run with the tire ripping. The set before this one I bought in July of last year and no broken wheels yet.

Are those 2.8" Talons? Those are decent tires for the price.

No, they are some cheap Chinese tire, they are narrower and shorter than the traxxas talon tire.
