Figuring out watts needed for charging a certain battery is very simple.

Amps x volts = watts like Wopachop said.

Like Kingy, I lived with the cheap 50-80w units for a few years until I decided to really jump in and pick up a nice charger. Picked up an iCharger 308 duo and haven't looked back. Since then (a few years now) I haven't been paying attention to chargers though so no idea whats out there these days.
