under acceleration.

only thing changed was swapping out stock hinge pins on rear a arms to strc hinge pins with nut.

wheels, bearings, axles seem fine.

any other ideas or areas to trouble shoot?

Are there adjustable rear toe settings you might have changed by accident? Do the rear arms still move up and down freely?
Never been a fan of short coarse. I've always preferred short smooth.

Isn't stock 1.5 degrees? Different toe on each side will definitely cause some weirdness.

as the grafxguy said. theres a .5 degree toe difference between them, theres your issue. Drill out that stripped hinge pin or get a pair of flat nosed locking pliers on it
