This is a great list most recently compiled by doctorfizzle & confirmed by RCWiily in this thread.

Needed for conversion to LCG Slash 4x4

7422 - Chassis
7423 - Nerf Bars
7424 - Receiver box
7426 - Battery Clip, Strap, And Rear Retainer.
7429 - Rear Bulkhead
7430 - Front Bulkhead
7438 - Steering Linkage
7460 - Motor mount
7477 - Cover, Gear/ Wire Retainer
7490 - Motor Plate

Additionally needed for Rally conversion

Front:
6416 - Body Posts and rings
7415 - Front Bumper / Body Mounts
7436 - Front Bumper
7437 - Front Skid Plate

Rear:
6777 - Rear Bumper
7415 - Rear Body Post

Body, Wheels/Tires:
7411 - Clear Body
7473 - Tires & Wheels

Sweet, this sticky will make it super easy for anyone looking for these part numbers.

Of course this means people will actually have to open their eyes to see it. I wonder how many threads will be made in the next few months asking for a conversion parts list

So $70 bucks total to build a LCG slash.. Not bad. (just bounced to tower hobbies to see the individual prices) This may be something to do over the winter. Wonder how long it will take for Canadian vendors to get stock.

I guess you could go with out the RX box and battery hold down stuff and use velcro (which I already have).

So you can save $17.

Oh... so this should work for the pede as well, just need the shaft?

I might wait for some aftermarket wheels and tires.
