i think i might it then convert it to electric, you know after they are all on ebay for cheap trying to sell it to get the rustler

You never here people complain that their RC is to fast, because you can only hear the roaring of the engine

no longer have: 1/16 slash 4x4, rustler xl 5, tmaxx 1.5
my running: slash vxl --- summit titan 775 --- rustler

I'd still be interested in seeing how well it handles... (elec. Convert) if its an option to think of.... Not that the world needs another lcg kit for the slash 2wd. Meh~

Tower has them listed at $604.99. I hope that price comes down, it seems a bit high. They also have them estimated for arrival late January.

Basically they are trying to meet everyone's needs and not everyone's needs are the same. I agree that this isn't goin to be a great truck due to obvious reasons but if this is what gets someone into the hobby well good job Traxxas for saving someone time and money from having to buy a SC body, wheels, bumpers and extending the frame conversion on a nitro rustler. They are basically filling all the gaps for the consumer and over all that's good because as people get more into this hobby eventually they branch out. I expect Traxxas will make dirt bike or street bike next, then probably a time travel machine (sarcasm at 100%) haha
