Did you check the other front arm/shock? Could be this arm is fine and the other arm is riding higher than it should instead of this one riding lower, if you follow me.

I would say its not an easy answer as shown.
1. Remove front shocks and cycle suspension. If its not smooth like butter sliding across a hot pan you have an issue. If it is then its the shocks.
2. If its not smooth keep un bolting items till you find out what is causing the binding.

A couple of us have found that rpm arms need to be trimmed front to back. The part of the arm that slides around the diff cases in which the suspension pin holds the arm to the diff. This part can cause binding.
A lot of rc's that spend more time broke then running. LoL

Yes i took them off and thy were binding.I got a nail file and now they are smooth.Now it goes back up a little bit but not to were it should be.The car is brand new and the shocks arent bent.I did jump it pretty high a few times.Coulld that have been it?

Slash LCG came with the shorter springs tighten up the preload see if that helps at all

without the suspension attached to the arms...do the arms moves up and down freely?
