Took it for a spin today and according to the Traxxas Link, I was able to hit 51Mph. After a couple of speed runs, I hit a curb and the car did a couple of flips in the air. I wound up snapping a rear stub axle bearing carrier. Luckily I have a bunch of spare parts laying around.

Do you run the mud flaps with the 2.8 trenchers? If so can I get a pic of that? Thanks in advance!

I do, I will get a picture for you later. I switched over to the stock tires due to backflips with the Trenchers and new motor combo .

Is the Mamba ESC the one for 1/8 scale? Is it waterproof? I'm planning on picking up the same tenshock motor and was leaning toward the hobby wing ESC b/c it's waterproof.

This one is not WP, but they just released one that is. I got this one on Castle's black friday sale.

Truck looks like it'll be a blast to drive/break. What shocks did you have before the GTR shocks? Did those big tires/wheels need hex adapters? If so, what size?

I see that you're in Germany. Did you do the big wheels and tires for snow bashing? I'm in Moenchengladbach visiting my in-laws and just escaped their clutches today for a bit. Took my boy to the Megadrom in Geilenkirchen and thought it was a pretty awesome RC facility. I should've packed up my rig for the trip, lol.
