Besides being stronger there is another advantage to the tekno shafts, you don't have to do the constant maintenance the stock shafts absolutely require in order to prevent them from binding so they don't slide in and out properly. When they bind it really effects your suspension negatively. Also the tekno shafts come with beefier bearing carriers and bigger bearings.

Thanks bugmanjeff! Just the answer i was looking for-i wasnt intending on starting a driveshaft discussion just if anybody knew anything about the shafts in the link i posted.
Slopokey-my driveshafts are worn and i am on the standard esc/motor but running 3s.Look at my signature! Drive it like u stole it!
My driving has improved loads since i got back in the hobby,got money now to drive fast and hard.In my opinion if you arent pushing the limits-u arent doing anything.
My slash is driven hard but well maintained and in good working order.
