Now this looks promising.
It's set in the '80s.
Twice as big as Liberty city. (GTA3)
Indoor areas, like hotels and stuff.
Motorcycles for sure.
Possibly boats and helicopters.
Huge soundtrack.
Plenty of '80 sports car to steal.

What more could you ask for?

Good performance on my PC is all I ask. With a 32 meg nVidia Riva TNT2, GTA3 performed poorly at best even with the resolution set at 640X480.
